Some people dont even want to think about settling for less than the best. Which is why Honda created the Rincon, the biggest, most powerful utility ATV. It features a liquid-cooled, 700-class, single-cylinder longitudinal engine specially tuned for low-rpm torque and mountain-conquering power. This state-of-the-art powerplant is just as advanced as it is impressive, with electronic fuel injection for instant, no-choke startups and precise throttle response, no matter how hot it is or how high you climb. We took full advantage of the insane power from the Rincon and picked up an 8% increase in horse power making this bike a force to be reckoned with.

The Yamaha Bruin 350 comes in a 2x4 and 4x4 model and features a 348cc, 4-Stroke Single, Air/Oil Cooler w/Fan, SOHC engine. We developed the HMF Sport Series exhaust on this bike and picked 3.5 horse power evenly across the power curve. This extra power and torque really helped the bike grab in rough conditions.

Taking full advantage of the harmonic tone of the 3 cylinder engine, we developed a Titan Series Slip-On and Full Exhaust system that absolutely sounds incredible. The Titan Series exhaust is available in the Titan-QS (quiet) and Titan-XL (extra loud). The Full System weighs 14lbs, saving 4lbs from the 18lb stock muffler.

Titan Series - Slip-On & Full System
The 5" diameter, stainless-steel Titan system picked up 4 horsepower and 3 lbs of torque as a Slip-On, and 8 horsepower and 5lbs of torque as a Full System. At half max RPM, the Titan-QS was 1-2dB louder than stock while the Titan-XL was 3-7dB, depending on the system.

The fuel-injected CBR250R puts a different take on riding your motorcycle. It's extremely light weight and has a powerband that's very user-friendly. It gets great fuel milage and has Honda's unmatched reliability. In developing the after-market exhaust for the Honda CBR 250R, we wanted to make it even more lightweight and focused on getting as much power as we could out of the 249cc engine. In combination with the HMF Optimizer Fuel Controller, the result is a pretty slick exhaust system that sounds mean and builds great bottom and top end power. Best of all, we offer the exhaust in a number of different colors so it can be completely custom.

Impressive out of the box, the Honda 300EX picks up a lot of horsepower with an HMF exhaust system installed. We were able to see a 7% increase in horse power with the slip on exhaust and 16-18% horse power with the full system.

HMF ATV Exhaust team rider Brandon Lugan takes the hole shot at the WORCS race series.

The Suzuki KingQuad 700 is powered by a single-cylinder liquid-cooled DOHC engine with a bore-and-stroke of 102mm x 85mm - displacing 695cc. The big bore helps this four-stroke develop abundant torque, especially in the low- to mid-rpm range. The fuel-air mixture is delivered via fuel-injection system so this gave us a lot more control in developing the exhaust. The HMF exhaust lineup picked up an insane amount of horse power with a slip on system. We were able to increase the low- to mid-rpm range power with the Swamp and Swamp XL systems installed. If your a serious mudder, the HMF Swamp Snorkel system can be attached to the Swamp and Swamp XL series for deep, muddy waters.

Arctic Cat 1000 is simply a beast. This insane machine produces an insane amount of horse power. With the HMF Utility Series installed on the bike, we saw a 9-10% horse power increase over stock.

HMF Owner races in the GNCC: Powerline Park Round 11 Redline Race. In his custom Honda Redline. Do to a one in a million incident with a rock and a shock he was not able to finish the race.

Available for Sport ATVs and Dirtbikes, the new HMF Competition Series features the all new TriMax Core. When we went back to the drawing board, we discovered horse power and torque in a place nobody thought to look, the shape. Instead of using the standard cylinder that all exhaust core's use, the Trimax core is infact a triangle shape. This new shape increased horse power and torque throughout the entire power curve.

If you have access to an air rivet gun or an automotive style riveter, you can repack your HMF ATV, Dirtbike, and Motorcycle exhaust. Simply follow the directions on the video to repack your system.

Polaris has given the Sportsman 850 an all-new engine. Its an inline, twin-cylinder, overhead-camshaft powerplant with four valves per cylinder. Fuel is delivered via dual 40mm EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) throttle bodies. Were really jazzed that the industry has moved in the direction of EFI because it gives us more control on the development of an exhaust. To do this mammoth justice, we developed the Sportsman 850 in the Swamp and Swamp XL series. Each series pumps out a tremendous amount of power and gives a whole new feeling of durability with the 5" stainless steel can. Serious mudders can attach the Swamp Snorkel system for the deep, muddy waters.

Swamp Series: The HMF Swamp Series was designed specifically for quads that need pure, all out horsepower. Through the deep, muddy waters to the starting line of the GNCC, the Swamp Series blisters power that gives you absolute control. It features a 5" stainless steel exhaust and produces very little sound dB over stock. And with the optional HMF Quiet Core, most machines can see a dB decrease over stock!

Swamp XL Series: The cousin of the Swamp Series, the Swamp XL Series delivers the same insane power as the Swamp Series but with an unrestricted sound level. If you want to be heard tearing up the track or busting through the woods, the XL is the pipe your looking for. Also in a 5" stainless steel can, this beast will give you all the power and noise you can handle.

FLH owners can now have the ability to bolt on an additional 8 horsepower with HMF slip on's. HMF show chrome slash-cut slip-on exhausts have the bold sound you are looking for when you accelerate, yet at speed they are quiet enough to hear what your passenger has to say, the best of both worlds!

In 2008, Can-Am divided the production line into Spring and Clamp mounted exhausts on the Outlander 800. A large percentage of the Utility quad enthusiasts have chosen the Can-Am Outlander for its incredible abilities. It has plenty of power on tap from its 800 V-Twin Rotax engine and its one of a kind frame and suspension design.

The Kawasaki 2009 ZX-10R churns out a hair raising 162hp. Strap on an HMF Street Series Slip-On Exhaust System and you'll increase the horse power up to 168hp and notice a big drop in weight.
